Vegetarians: Read Dis. →
The biggest challenge for me in going vegan was cheese. Loved it. Had it all the time. Found it extremely difficult to live without. This is probably why. Once I pushed myself, though, and went a few weeks without it, I was completely fine. I still remember how awesome it tastes and how delicious it is, but I’m way past the point of actively missing or craving it anymore.
